Reflecting on his journey to today, Andrew expresses the satisfaction of helping people achieve their goals by providing personalised service and knowledge tailored to individual needs. The decision to build their own business stemmed from a desire to reflect their ethics and values. For Andrew, it meant avoiding the pressure of treating listings like mere numbers. "Not having the pressure of treating my listings like a number that I need to achieve for the month. Rather, putting all the emphasis on obtaining the best possible result the market is willing to pay." Rob sees Lifestyle Realty as an opportunity to operate a vertically integrated sales business, standing out on the Coast. "We are experienced operators, and we place a high degree of importance on real relationships with our clients and operating with integrity and authenticity," he adds.
