Prominent Sunshine Coast agent Dan Smith has joined The Agency, backed by decades of real estate experience in the Brisbane and Sunshine Coast real estate markets.

Mr Smith was a consistent Elite Performer within the Ray White network, where he spent the last 21 years of his career. A well-respected community leader in the Mons, Forest Glen and Buderim locales in the Sunshine Coast, Mr Smith has built a reputation for strong residential real estate results and customer-centric service. A long time local and as President of the Mons Progress Association, Mr Smith is in tune with local matters and his community, as well as being involved with fundraising for Buderim Mountain State School where his three children have all been students. 

Most recently, Mr Smith was a selling agent with the Ray White Buderim office, having earlier been a part owner of the office. Mr Smith says he is very excited to be joining The Agency and be “at the coalface” while the brand expands across Queensland.

The Sunshine Coast has been touted as one of Australia’s property hotspots following a record year of growth. The latest Domain House Price Report, which tracked the property market movements for the December 2021 quarter, revealed a 22.8 per cent growth in Buderim house prices over the last 12 months, with median house prices soaring to $929,900. Over the last 5 years, Buderim houses have seen a 57.5 per cent growth in value.
