Western Australia’s real estate professionals came together to celebrate the industry’s best at the 2020 reiwa.com Awards Ball.
The reiwa.com Awards Ball was held at Crown Perth on Saturday 12 September and there were many winners who were definite grinners.
REIWA CEO Neville Pozzi said this prestigious event celebrates the state’s top performing agents and agencies in the 2019-20 financial year.

“Despite this year being a difficult time for many, it’s great to be able to come together and celebrate the achievements of everyone in the industry," said Mr Pozzi.
"I am also proud to say that WA has some of the best and most successful real estate professionals in the country.
“The reiwa.com Awards are a testament to the commitment, dedication and exceptional levels of service these agents provide to their clients and communities on a daily basis.”
The Awards recognised the achievements of offices, teams and individuals who have reached the highest number of listings sold, the highest values sold and more.
These included the Ray White Western Australia network winning the REIWA Top Franchise Award under the value sold and listings sold categories for another year.

Ray White Western Australia CEO Mark Whiteman recognised the efforts of all members in contributing to the collective result as well as the backing of the White Family’s support
“Awards such as these are great, however it’s really about our customer’s feedback and satisfaction with our member’s work is still the key piece for us,” said Mr Whiteman.
“We have an unfair advantage, the White Family. They provide us with a resource base and set of tools that is unmatched in Western Australia."
The celebrations also continued for Realmark Coastal after being awarded Top Medium Office.

“We’re thrilled to be recognised as Western Australia’s top medium-sized office (by value sold),” said Realmark Coastal Director, Sean Hughes.
“While the large office category includes agencies with multiple offices, this award recognises us as the state’s best stand alone office.
"A true testament to the incredible group of top-performing agents we have and continue to attract to Realmark Coastal."

The Top Unassisted Salesperson by Value Sold was Scott Swingler of Space Real Estate and he spoke to WILLIAMS MEDIA.
"I was deep in conversation when someone said my name had been read out. I was squinting at the display board as I walked to the dais and realised it was for the big one! (“The Brownlow” as we jokingly refer to it in the office!)," said Mr Swingler.
I was lucky enough to win it last year as well, so it’s “back to back double Brownlows“ now! Up there with Nat Fyfe and Adam Goods! It’s a really good feeling!"
When WILLIAMS MEDIA asked Mr Swingler where he'd keep the trophy, he replied he would more than likely carry it around with him to show people.
For the second year, the Awards also recognised property management companies based on time to lease properties.
“On behalf of everyone at REIWA, I’d like to congratulate the winners and finalists of the 2020 reiwa.com Awards for their outstanding achievements,” Mr Pozzi said.
