Luxury real estate agent joins award winning Kollosche agency
Claire Dai and her team join forces with the Gold Coast’s leading independent agency who specialise in prestige property sales.

Prestige property powerhouse, Kollosche, have added the boutique luxury real estate specialists, Claire Dai, Gloria Wang and Susan Pang to their team of award-winning agents.
Together they will add an extra element of international expertise to this successful Gold Coast agency.
“Gloria, Susan and I have been working together for years and we had never wanted to join another team before now,” said Ms Dai.
“We’ve always enjoyed doing deals with Kollosche in the past in a conjunctional capacity.
"We had a great experience collaborating on numerous deals including the recent sale of 60 Sophie Avenue, Broadbeach Waters for $8,100,000.”
The $8.1m result is just one of many sales Ms Dai and her team secured.
Others include 2620-2622 Virginia Drive, Hope Island selling for $16,500,000, 57-63 The Corso, Surfers Paradise sold for $15,500,000 and 2585 Gracemere Circuit North, Hope Island, which transacted for $11,000,000.

“It’s exciting to join a leading real estate company,” said Ms Wang.
“It’s a big move for us but Kollosche is a successful agency and they were looking to align with a team like ours, with high end property experience to assist them with the strong influx of enquiry they have received from Asian clients looking to Buy and Sell prestige homes on the Gold Coast.”
Ms Pang said the move was a milestone for her career.
