Gold Coast luxury real estate agency Kollosche has welcomed its sixth new agent in as many months, with the addition of Troy Dowker to the team.

Mr Dowker said his clients will benefit from his move as they will have access to a wider, higher net worth audience, get more market coverage and reap the rewards of the collaborative culture which exists at Kollosche.

Mr Dowker has amassed sales of approximately $600 million in the last decade and, according to Director Michael Kollosche, has been dominating the southern Gold Coast beachside market for well over a decade.

Mr Kollosche, sees him as a great addition to his team. 

“Troy is a fantastic operator. He brings a wealth of experience to Kollosche along with a very solid market share and deep relationships with his client base,” said Mr Kollosche.

This latest addition caps off a stellar period of growth for Kollosche, who, along with six agents, have added an extra six members to their administration and marketing teams.
