Western Australia's number one Realmark office, Realmark Coastal has welcomed the return of Sales Associate Dean Bradley following a seven-year absence.

Mr Bradley began working out of the Coastal office earlier this month after finishing up as Director and Sales Associate at Peard Real Estate.

Prior to starting at Peard, he had spent two years at another one of Realmark’s offices.

The Wembley/Mount Hawthorn-based agent said a number of factors had contributed to his move back to the company.

“Their branding and positioning in the marketplace definitely played a part,” he said.

“Their culture and focus on building a high-performance sales team also appealed to me, as did their innovation in marketing.

“It’s really just about being amongst some dynamic people that are focused on great service and delivering a good experience.”

Mr Bradley will be working under mother-son duo Sean and Jenny Hughes who lead a team of more than 40 agents and property managers. 

Mr Hughes said the culture of Realmark was well suited to its latest addition.
