Rental Management Australia's sole mission is to simplify property management for tenants and landlords.
When they opened their doors in 2011, Rental Management Australia (RMA) decided to do things differently. By choosing to focus solely on property management, they can provide their tenants and landlords with a high level of service unmatched by full-service firms.
Their mission is simple: to make property management simple and stress-free for everyone involved.
With six branches across three states and a portfolio of over 3,700 rental properties, the business has big plans for further expansion.
"The future does look bright, with the goal to double the size of our business within the next 12 months by way of organic growth and the acquisition of additional rent rolls," RMA Director for WA, Paul Luzi told WILLIAMS MEDIA.

"It's definitely an exciting time here at RMA. We have just released a suite of new products to give our clients the very best opportunities. Our Peace of Mind Guarantee offers property owners of newly approved rental properties additional financial security in a first of its kind for the industry," Mr Luzi said.
"Our bill review services give our clients access to the greatest choice of retailers, and our easy Bondpay program offers our tenants the ease of moving home without the financial stress of paying their rental bond upfront.
"In addition to these new services, we have also started our own RMA Rewards Program, which gives the entire RMA family, whether they are a homeowner, tenant or employee, access to a great group of benefits ranging from building supplies right through to appliances and health. Each deal is tailor-made for our range of clients."

Landlords can rest easy, as RMA has a rigorous tenant screening process.
"We place great emphasis on our screening process to ensure the people who live in your property will care for it like their own. We carefully select tenants for your property. A rigorous screening system checks everything, ensuring that the appropriate tenant is entrusted with your property every time. Our inspections are conducted on a thorough and regular basis, providing our property owners with photos and updates," Mr Luzi said.
RMA encourages their property managers to get to know their landlords.
"We believe in strong succinct communication and that extends to our property managers. We encourage each property manager to know their owners and make sure we are meeting their expectations.
"Whether an owner wishes to communicate via phone, email, in person, or via our MyProperty app – we place all their property details right at their fingertips for ease and convenience. They can then spend more time on the things that matter."
"We are really proud of our dedicated employees - they are the real deal. Our clients get the very best service and attention as we strategically limit the number of properties in each property manager’s portfolio and our property managers are just like a member of the family.

Pet owners haven't been forgotten - RMA prides itself as being pet-friendly.
"For many pet owners, finding a rental property that allows pets is the most important part of searching for a new home. We make it easier for tenants to find pet-friendly rentals in Australia. An estimated 62 per cent of households in Australia own a pet, one of the highest household rate of pet ownership in the world, and in the next 12 months, it is anticipated that 1.1 million Australian households will get a pet," Mr Luzi said.
With an entire section on the website dedicated to pet-friendly rentals, they "not only encourage owners to list their property as pet-friendly but also assist tenants in finding a pet-friendly household".
