Blueprint Development Group has unveiled its latest development in one of Melbourne’s seaside suburbs.
Blueprint Development Group has unveiled its latest development, Gardenside on Bay Road in Sandringham, which is appealing to baby boomers wanting to downsize. The development consists of 141 one and two-bedroom apartments across five levels within a lush garden setting.
Gardenside will also include a ground floor café ‘Loco South’, general store and precinct that may include a medical centre, pharmacy, hairdresser, dry cleaner or florist. Prices range from $369,000 to $450,000 for one-bedroom apartments and $465,000 to $685,000 for the two-bedroom apartments. Each includes a balcony and a car space with the option of a second space available if required. Access is also provided to the Sandy Hill Club, comprising a spacious sundeck, 25m infinity pool, spa, large, fully equipped gym and sauna, plus function room for private events or business meetings.
The project is designed by architecture firm Fender Katsalidis in partnership with supporting architects, Watson Young, and will be built by Buxton Construction.
“Gardenside is about producing a landmark building for this site, providing residents with an experience and vision that delivers an inspired future for the community,” says Fender Katsalidis’ director Karl Fender.
63 apartments have been sold since the project launched at the end of February. The display suite is located at 228 Bay Road, Sandringham and is open daily from noon until 4pm. Call 0402 777 750 for sales enquiries.
