Coronis Group announces the commencement of its exciting internal competition "Lux Up", running from October 1st to December 31st. This initiative is designed to celebrate excellence in performance within the company's sales and BDM (Business Development Manager) teams. The competition is divided into five distinct groups, each competing for a range of enticing prizes that are up for grabs over the next quarter.
The "Lux Up" competition aims to foster a sense of healthy competition and celebrate achievement within Coronis Group's teams. The foundation of the competition is the performance during the period from October 1st to December 31st, with a focus on the gross commission written during this time.
Within the competition, there are five distinct groups, each representing different levels of performance. The winners will be selected from each category and will have the opportunity to choose from a diverse prize pool.
The winner in the first group will have the choice of a $25,000 shopping spree, a car, or business-class tickets to a destination of their preference.
Winner from the second group will have the opportunity to select from a $20,000 shopping spree, or business-class tickets as their recognition for outstanding performance.
The highest performance in the third category will be acknowledged with a choice between a $15,000 shopping spree or business-class tickets.
The best performance in the fourth group will be recognised with a choice between a $10,000 shopping spree or business-class tickets.
For the Business Development Managers (BDMs) competing in the fifth category, a prize of $5,000 is up for grabs, calculated based on the average annual management income of closed AAMI accounts.
The "Lux Up" competition is all-encompassing, incorporating participants from every corner of the country, reflecting Coronis Group's commitment to fostering a sense of unity and competition among its team members on a national scale.
The winners of the "Lux Up" competition will be unveiled on the 30th of January, during the "Recharge Breakfast" event. This announcement marks the beginning of Coronis Group's quarterly awards for the next year.
