The group’s award program recognises the best performing offices and individuals across the Professionals network in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea.
The two-day conference featured 17 prominent speakers including finance entrepreneur Mark Bouris AM, leading real estate executive Chris Hanley, and communication and body language expert Dr Louise Mahler.
Professionals Chief Executive Officer Katherine Gonzalez-Cork said the event held in Melbourne at the end of October showcased the hard work, service and excellence that has contributed to the group’s success over the past 12 months.
“Professionals actively creates strategies for our principals and agents to grow and thrive, and we take great pleasure in celebrating their achievements,’’ Ms Gonzalez-Cork said.
“The awards were an opportunity to recognise our people’s successes in every market, from Australian metropolitan and regional areas through to our international offices.
“The conference was a huge success with 230 attendees, our highest number of participants in many years. The two days were packed with engaging sessions by our insightful speakers, lively team building activities and lots of fun.
“Each speaker brought their own unique perspectives and great insights into the factors influencing the property market over the next 12 months, better ways to improve our communication skills and caring for our mental health, and new technology available to the real estate industry.’’

Ms Gonzalez-Cork told conference delegates that Professionals’ strategic focus was to expand its profile and grow its market share.

The conference’s gala dinner provided an opportunity to raise further funds for Professionals’ charity of choice, the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Professionals, a long-time Diamond Partner of NBCF, has raised more than $4.2 million for the research charity and in recognition of its support, is a finalist in the 2023 Great Australian Philanthropy Awards.
Professionals, established more than 47 years ago, has 170 offices across Australia, with international offices in New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea.
