Queensland CEO Jason Andrew today announced some exciting new moves, hot on the heels of the huge news that the top agent in the state just joined Ray White, with Rochelle Adgo moving into Ray White Mitchelton.
Sales Performance Specialist David McMahon is joining Ray White Burleigh Group as Head of Performance and Chief Auctioneer in a move which further cements their position as an industry leader on the Gold Coast. With an impressive track record and more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry, David’s appointment is set to bring an exciting new dimension to the thriving group.
David will play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding the agents to excel in their roles while reinforcing the agency's commitment to professionalism and unparalleled customer service.
"The Gold Coast property market is vibrant and diverse, and I look forward to collaborating with the talented agents and staff to further elevate our services and exceed our clients' expectations,” David said. “What excites me most about the new role is being able to work closely with the agents on a daily basis to witness their growth first hand.

Elsewhere Charles Higgins, is joining Ray White Queensland corporate in the role of Chief Growth Officer. Charles is a leader who knows how to support agents to grow their productivity and market share having led some of Australia’s best high performing agents.
His commitment to excellence, with a strong work ethic, and passion for helping others succeed will undoubtedly serve as an invaluable asset to the entire Ray White Queensland network.
Charles has spent the last 15 years training high performing agents across Queensland and his family was most looking forward to moving back to Brisbane.
“We have loved the opportunity to live on the Gold Coast, but most of my industry industry networks are in Brisbane and I know I can add real value now to the wider network of the leading group,” he said.
“We love Brisbane and the timing is right for this next chapter. My career has seen me assisting agents and business owners to achieve their performance.

And finally the unstoppable Katie Cotton, is moving into the Ray White network too. The busy mother of three is taking time to spend with her family before moving into a network role, yet to be announced.
Katie’s strengths lie in relationship building and she has played a crucial role in the recognition of members inside our group. Katie has an uncanny ability to connect with people and solve problems at the same time.
