The Australasian Real Estate Conference (AREC) in celebrating its 25-year anniversary, will present a compelling program in which it draws upon 33 speakers from overseas and around Australia. The two-day conference designed for real estate sales and property management teams will return for the 11th year to the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre on Sunday 28TH May and Monday 29TH May. The program also combines speaker engagement from industry specialists with a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape.
AREC founder John McGrath, believes that AREC2023 continues to have a meaningful impact on the industry, as the largest real estate industry empowerment event in the world today.
“AREC started from our desire to bring the best real estate speakers and experts in the world to the Australian market. Back then the gap between the best in Australia and the best in the world was significant. It started with just four US speakers and now boasts over 30+ incredible speakers including over 20 from Australia and New Zealand. The gap has closed significantly as Australia and New Zealand is home to some of the best Agents on the planet.
Mr McGrath explains, “Each year we aim to improve the content from the prior year which gets very hard after a 25 years but I believe this year we are delivering the best speaker line-up of any real estate conference globally.
“Many of Australasia’s elite Agents credit AREC as the key content source and mindset training pertaining to their success. And with so much change happening in the industry and the world right now, the need to expose yourself to global best practice has never been greater than it is today.
“We have doubled our investment in speakers this year to deliver on our promise of the best event in history including Reece Witherspoon, Caitlyn Jenner and the world’s leading real estate trainer Tom Ferry.
Success in our industry is enjoyed by those who choose to reinvent, adapt and grow,” Mr McGrath concludes.
Nichola Byrne, General Manager of AREC 2023 said, “Over the past decade, we have seen our delegates regard AREC as the pinnacle of Learning and Development for the real estate industry and that is reflected by a record number of attendees each year surpassing at more than 4,000. The interest this year has already exceeded previous years even before the speaker line-up was released. I believe it is the combination of insights and experience from the top salespeople globally, as well as powerful life experiences that can be applied to every attendee whether in sales, property management, or marketing and brand development.
“Again, due to wonderful technological advances, we are able to access the insights and learnings from headline speakers that will make this year’s event compelling for all who attend,” adds Ms Byrne.
