McGrath Estate Agents has expanded its presence along NSW’s Illawarra Coast with the opening of a new office – McGrath Dapto. Principal Christian Zeidler, who also heads up McGrath’s Wollongong and Thirroul offices, will lead the team along with Group Co-Directors Charlie Zeidler and Daniel Lambert. 

The addition of a team dedicated to the Dapto area is key to the company’s south coast operations according to Head of Franchise for McGrath Chris Mourd. 

“Our Dapto office is pivotal to connecting the growth areas of Albion Park and Shellharbour in the south with our established Wollongong and Thirroul markets,” he said. “It consolidates our presence in the greater Illawarra region strengthening our ability to serve existing clients as well as engendering new business.” 

McGrath Dapto will focus on the area from Dapto to Shellharbour. Together with the Thirroul and Wollongong offices, McGrath will cover the Illawarra region from the coast to the Escarpment and from Lilyvale in the north to Calderwood in the south. 

Dapto offers an exceptional lifestyle with quick access to South Coast beaches, the Southern Highlands via Robertson and fishing on Lake Illawarra. The area is bordered by dairy farms and the majestic Escarpment as backdrop.
