Led by award-winning mother and son duo Jenny and Sean Hughes, the ultra successful North Beach-based agency came in at #9 on the 2023 list.
The rankings set the national benchmark for Australia’s top-performing real estate offices.
Mr Hughes said Realmark Coastal had achieved a huge feat in securing the #9 spot and the success underscored the power of boutique agencies with a focus on leadership and growth.
“What’s blown us away is that our single office agency comprises just 27 agents, whereas the second highest ranking WA office is home to more than 150 agents with multiple offices,” he explained.
“Our achievement is such a feather in our cap, and it’s a testament to the quality of the team we’ve recruited that we’re proving competitive on a national field.
“When you consider we achieved this with drastically lower median sales prices and a smaller population than Sydney and Melbourne, it’s clear we’re punching above our weight dramatically.”
REIWA statistics over the past three years also show Realmark Coastal consistently beating other WA agencies with more than a dozen offices and over 70 salespeople.
“While we have just 27 reps, we’re home to the top agents in an extensive list of suburbs including Burns Beach, Iluka, Leederville, Gosnells, Como, Thornlie, Darch, Beldon, North Beach, Trigg, Scarborough and more,” said Mr Hughes.
