There is something very special about a former member returning to our group says Ray White. All that disappointment that we felt when they left, often years earlier, turns to joy when we can say “welcome back to the family Enes Mulalic!”
There is something very special about a former member returning to our group. All that disappointment that we felt when they left, often years earlier, turns to joy when we can say “welcome back to the family!”
Just like the reasons for leaving, the reasons for returning are very personal to the member and their circumstances though there are some consistent themes. One thing that is common in all instances was that their departure was handled stylishly and respectfully - leaving the door open to a future return.
Apart from the emotion of a returning member, there is a ‘moment of truth’ when we ask them: “have we improved during the time you were away?” And, “is there anything you have learned that we can be doing better”? These are huge learning moments for us, and we benefit from the unique perspectives and experiences.
Here is another story of a wonderful member returning to our group.
High energy people person Enes Mulalic, a salesperson at Ray White Campbelltown, has recently returned to the leading group.
He started his career with Ray White in 2002, and worked here for 13 years before jumping into the boutique sector for 10 years, only to return home in January this year.
He’s been in the real estate industry for 23 years.
“I absolutely adore Ray White in every way, on a personal level as well as a professional level,” he said.
Nick Borelli is the principal at Ray White Campbelltown and Jason Spagnuolo is the director of the four very successful offices in Adelaide. “They are both magnificent mentors and leaders that inspire me to become the agent I desire to be. The entire environment that Jason has created plus the unwavering support from corporate is very very special.”
Enes is deeply passionate, quirky, fun-loving, and finely tuned to the importance of family, which is exactly why he’s big on finding the right home for people.
Enes’ time in this industry is an admirable admission of what can be achieved when high energy meets high standards.
Working at both the boutique agency level, as well as earning a long-list of awards with the industry leading Ray White, he dabbled in business ownership and has ongoing pursuits in residential development.
“I live and breathe real estate as I love people. We are in a people business and I love the energy, vibrancy, transparency and support at Ray White,” he said.
Enes was 28 years old when he first did his traineeship at Ray White.
“I thought it was going to be all driving around in a BMW, going for coffee and working 10-4pm! But it wasn't and I was also not in the right business and soon relocated to another Ray White office where I hit the ground running.
“The mentorship, advanced training, support and culture is amazing here.
“I am big on having balance in life but before I joined Ray White Campbelltown I was ready to leave the industry altogether. I had a conversation with Matt Lindblom and he asked me: ‘what are you looking for in a leader? No-one had ever asked me that. I was looking for mentorship and the best systems.”
“I have found my people here with Nick and Jason. They are great leaders and I love being back at Ray White.”
