RE/MAX Australia welcomed experienced real estate identity Cheryle Rainey to the role of Operations Manager with RE/MAX Extreme last month as Alana White moved into a consultative capacity in the business.

“Alana has put heart and soul into managing the operations of the sales and property management departments and the office itself for many years and has been instrumental in shaping the great culture and performance of the business.”

REMAX Australia Managing Director Joel Davoren said Cheryle’s experience, skills, business acumen and dedication to real estate would ensure that RE/MAX Extreme continued to provide every client with an exceptional real estate experience, while also having a truly rewarding business environment for agents, property managers and support staff.

Since commencing a real estate career as receptionist in a small Yokine agency in 1993, Cheryle has held positions as sales administrator, assistant property manager, fully licensed property manager and department manager.

In 2010, she was invited to speak at the Leading Property Managers of Australia Conference in Sydney and went on to become property management consultant and trainer with a major Australian network.

In 2012, she fulfilled her goal of owning a business, becoming an agency principal.

After selling this successful business in 2017, she enjoyed a role as office manager with an agency in Perth’s eastern suburbs.

“From the beginning, I have always challenged myself and strived to improve. I love the real estate industry and am proud of my achievements, especially through the 10+ years when I was honing my property management skills and achieving success while juggling work and raising two children,” Cheryle said.

As Operations Manager, her responsibility is management of the RE/MAX Extreme office and all the operations across the sales and property management departments, in consultation with Brett White as the Licensee and Kirsty Sullivan as the Property Management Department Manager.
