Two years ago, Clinton Eastell decided to step outside of his comfort zone and launch his own business on the Sunshine Coast. At the time, like any big decision, he had a number of fears about moving away from the traditional real estate model and partnering with UrbanX.
Fast forward two years and Eastell and Co have just celebrated their second birthday, after growing their business by 337% in their second year and they have shown no signs of slowing down.
From the moment Clinton started his own brand he has been on the front foot, launching the business with 22 listings and from that moment forward he has been able to build the momentum, by running his business the way he wants, and unlocking the power of his own brand to stand out from his competition.
Over the last two years, Clinton has been able to embrace business ownership, while accelerating his career as an agent. As he has grown his person brand, his goals have also continued to change and the partnership with UrbanX has allowed him to focus on listing and selling, without having to worry about all the backend administration that is associated with running a successful real estate business.
Having just been named the Agent of the Year for Coolum Beach and Yaroomba, Clinton leads his team from the front. As the Eastell and Co brand continues to grow each year on the Sunshine Coast, their third year in business is set to be their biggest one yet.
