Matthew Jabs of Place says the Wavell Heights property record price was not a surprise due to the quality of the home.
This brand new quality-built four-bedroom home is a blank canvas for the local young family who have recently become the new owners.
Located at 32 Highlands Street, Wavell Heights, the property had plenty of interest drawn to it, finally selling for a record-breaking $1.78 million.
It is a modern day Queenslander with full city views in one of Wavell Heights best streets, according to agent Matthew Jabs of Place - Newmarket.
