Real Estate agent Adrian Bo has joined NG Farah as Head of Sales.
Mr Adrian Bo has taken up a role as Head of Sales with one of Sydney’s leading Australian owned family real estate agencies, NG Farah as it pushes forward with plans to develop and grow its team.
NG Farah Director, Peter Goulding announced this week that Mr Bo has joined the team to take on the Head of Sales role and also a partnership position in the business.
“Like many businesses, we have taken this time to review our operations and look at ways to keep evolving what we do," said Mr Goulding.
"This includes investing in our people and recruiting in new energy and experience.
“In Adrian, we have secured one of the industry’s consistently top performing agents at a national level.
"His expertise especially in on-the-ground listing and selling is a great addition to our Group.”
Mr Bo has had a highly awarded 31-year real estate career, transacting more than 2,500 sales amounting to more than $4 billion worth of property.
Past clients who have appointed Adrian Bo to sell their property include Prime Minister Scott Morrison, actor Richard Roxburgh, Australian cricketer David Warner and former Miss Universe turned model and television personality Jennifer Hawkins.
"My passion and previous success has always been to develop young agents and I’m particularly looking forward to continuing this in my new role on the NGFarah team," said Mr Bo to WILLIAMS MEDIA.
"We are very fortunate to already have a terrific group of talented people in the sales team with a focus on the east and south eastern suburbs of Sydney.
I plan on supporting both our existing senior and newer agents to rapidly grow their business and I also have a strategy to recruit new talent.
I am also looking forward to build on my existing 31 year career of listing and selling property, growing my extensive database of clients.
Being an auctioneer for 23 years will also be a focus for me as I will continue to conduct auctions for my own clients and my colleagues’ clients.
Despite the restrictions of the pandemic Mr Bo said it was an ideal time to take on his new challenge.
"We know that at times like these, people crave certainty, and buyers and sellers want agents with experience and connections – more so than ever before," said Mr Bo to WILLIAMS MEDIA.
"I feel many clients really value the experience I have and will see me as an obvious and safe choice when deciding on who to work with when buying and selling property.
“I’ve had the privilege to know many of the NGFarah team personally – some for more than 30 years – and I have always been impressed by their deeply family oriented culture.
NG Farah has been operating for almost 60 years and has three offices in Sydney including Coogee, Kingsford and Mascot.
Mr Bo will be based out of the Coogee office.
