Stone Real Estate has opened its 14th office in under 10 months launching Stone Ettalong and Erina
Leading agents Christel Renton and Helen Hughes have launched Stone Real Estate's 14th office in under 10 months on the NSW Central Coast.
Ms Renton and Ms Hughes bring almost six decades of industry experience and exceptional leadership skills to Stone Ettalong and Erina.
Already an award-winning, highly regarded agent, Ms Renton said the draw of Stone was the agency’s unique forward-thinking culture as well as online offering that was second to none.
Now, in the online-only era of COVID-19, Stone’s superior technology and people-orientated structure would give the new office an even greater advantage.
“Well before the industry changed with COVID-19 we’d already recognised Stone’s online marketing tools and technology for clients were the most advanced and attractive available anywhere,” said Ms Renton.
“COVID-19 aside, real estate was already changing on a daily basis due to technology, client behaviours and habits and the global economy.
“As our agency is completely online and now with what we see as the best of the best in tech, we don’t have to cancel a thing.
“We’re doing everything from online appraisals to property inspections online, creating virtual floorplans with the latest video tech and using the best social media marketing platforms."
Ms Hughes is one of the region’s most highly respected agents, well known among a client base across real estate sales as well as property management, strata and project marketing.
Ms Renton’s impressive credentials include multiple awards, a Masters in Business, high-level agent training and being selected to speak at AREC.
Along with Stone’s online offerings, the boutique agency’s operational style was a major attraction for the pair, with Stone’s unique business structure enabling their business to grow far larger throughout the sought-after beachside region than previously possible.
“They presented us the opportunity to grow our sales as well as our already substantial strata and property management business,” said Ms Renton.
Seamless client service made possible by Stone’s one-client data base was another advantage.
“Half our market is investors and second homeowners from Sydney so the data-base structure is perfect,” said Ms Hughes.
The pair previously operated as a boutique property management and sales agency, another quality that made the move to Stone an easy choice.
“Stone is a beautiful brand with superior marketing and its management focuses on people –that I could not ignore,” said Ms Renton.
“Stone’s branding is also ideal for here - fresh, innovative and forward thinking. This is an up and coming coastal region that’s being gentrified fast.”
Stone Real Estate’s Head of Franchise Luke Cameron said it was the track records of both Ms Renton and Ms Hughes that made them such an ideal addition to Stone.
“As we continue to grow and expand in challenging times our number one priority is to work with the best and brightest people,” said Mr Cameron.
“We couldn’t be more excited than to be working with Christel and Helen.
"They truly are the optimal agents in this region, held in very high regard and well known by their own communities.”
