Ben Hyrapietian and Chris Bell have joined forces with Stone Real Estate Aspley
Two of North Brisbane’s most successful agents – Ben Hyrapietian and Chris Bell, together with their respective team members Miriana Taka and Louise Bell, have joined the fast-growing team at Stone Real Estate in Aspley.
The move is a huge accolade for both Stone Real Estate’s Aspley office and the rapidly expanding boutique brand, said principal Tristan Rowland.
“The opportunity to pick up such high-quality professionals is testament to Stone Real Estate’s superior culture and offering compared to others,” said Mr Rowland.
“Ben, Chris, Miriana and Louise have already had an immediate impact on the business both with their own performance and culturally.”
Mr Rowland said he and Business Director Samantha Rowland have seen the most successful periods of their real estate and business careers in the three months since they left a well-established brand to open Stone’s second Queensland office.
Prior to joining Stone, Tristan was already number 1 agent in North Brisbane while as a pair the Rowlands were renowned for their numerous Real Estate Institute of Queensland awards nominations.
The addition of Mr Hyrapietian and Mr Bell places Stone Real Estate in the box seat of Brisbane’s hottest and fastest growing markets.
“We couldn’t be in a stronger position,” Mr Rowland said.
The pair focus predominantly on the North Brisbane markets of Deception Bay, Burpengary and Strathpine as well as expanding their already in-demand client service within the growth corridor suburbs of Caboolture, Morayfield and Burpengary East.
Both list Stone’s unique approach, culture of collaboration and dedication to coaching agents to grow their best and largest businesses possible as major reasons for their leaving solid positions at a well-established brand to join the rapidly expanding boutique network.
“I saw a genuine passion and care in the way Stone operate which I have never seen anywhere else,” said Mr Hyrapietian.
“Tristan is also a phenomenal leader and I’ve wanted his kind of track record and success since I started in real estate."
Mr Bell - who in a four-year real estate career has more than 10 record sales to his name plus an area record in duplexes for Pine River and surrounds – said Stone’s professionalism, stylish image and well-received branding was paramount in his decision to move across.
“They’re not only successful but forward thinking – and there is so much potential for further growth on a scale which we can all see here does not exist with any other brand," said Mr Bell.
The addition of the two agents with their exceedingly successful track records aligned perfectly with the high-performance culture Stone is creating in Brisbane and across the Sunshine State said Head of Stone Real Estate Queensland Scott Kelly.
“We are building a culture of excellence, typified by an unwavering commitment to grow individually, as teams and as a network. This is underpinned by the quality people we have already attracted into the network and those that we are currently engaging with to join,” Mr Kelly said.
“The calibre of agents approaching us has just been wonderful,” Mr Rowland said. “It was never apparent to me how much people were looking for an alternative both culturally and professionally until we joined Stone.
“We see our newest additions Chris and Ben as not only future leaders within Stone but great business partners going forward.”
