Perth based Real Estate Agency, Xceed prides itself on taking a fresh approach to its property management business.
When it comes to measuring the success of Xceed Real Estate's property management team, the results can be seen not only in the satisfaction of clients, but also staff.
Daisy Campbell, Property Management Licensee for Xceed Real Estate, said the company adopted systems and procedures that took a non-traditional approach to property management.
“One method we use is a task-based approach to property management," she said.
"Each team member is part of a mini-team dedicated to a particular task within the property management process.
“This equates to happy property owners, happy tenants and happy staff."
Ms Campbell said the process worked to an employee’s strengths and enabled her staff to be focused on an area they loved working in.
“Technology is also a key feature in Xceed’s non-traditional approach, which again is great for staff and also our clients,” she said.
“We use technology to manage all tenant enquiries which enables the team to quickly and easily respond."
Ms Campbell added that investing in Xceed's property management staff was also key to retaining the best people in the business.
“Very few real estate agencies invest in training and development of their property management team," she said.
"The sales team will often get access to professional development conferences, but the property management team often don’t.
“We see our property management staff as integral to our business and provide access to a range of conferences, off-site training and team building days each year."
Xceed Real Estate was established in June 2016, initially with just 100 properties under management and has grown to a massive 3000 today.
