The UDIA Marketing Excellence Award recognises excellence in marketing of a residential project.
Projects eligible for this Award must demonstrate both an innovative and successful marketing approach and the substantial delivery of the marketing strategy of the project.
Projects are judged on their branding, understanding of the target market, use of available budget and resources, market acceptance as evidenced by sales, and the achievement of the original marketing objectives.
The REISA Project Marketing Developments Award focuses on marketing materials developed specifically for the South Australian market.
Eligible projects should encompass a 360-degree scope of all marketing activities and how these relate back to the business strategy and marketing services offered to clients.
“We are thrilled to be recognised for our project marketing achievements," said Managing Director Nathan Casserly.
"It has taken us three years to perfect our digital platform and marketing strategy for projects, for which we are now seeing exceptional sales results.
"The professionalism and commitment of fellow director Rob Mitchell and the whole projects team is highlighted by winning these awards.
"We must also acknowledge and thank our clients for supporting us and our innovative strategies".
