The prospect of capitalising on the potential for growth and development has led Belle Property to open a new office in Rhodes.

Local agents Sophia Zhou and Jason Bi have been selected as Co-Principals of Belle Property Rhodes, having both built their careers in the area.

Ms Zhou said she had seen first-hand how the region had grown to become one of the most competitive markets in Sydney .

“Our team at Rhodes are fluent in both English and Mandarin and most of us also have a background in finance and accounting," she said.

"This is a real advantage for us as it allows us to connect with our clients on a deeper level and offer them guidance on a variety of financial issues related to property sales and investment.

“We are aiming to be the market leader, but we want that title to be based on our authentic dealings, our outstanding results and our commitment to the community so that will be our focus as we move forward in business."
