The Western Australian real estate industry’s top performers were recognised on Saturday at the 2019 REIWA Awards Ball held at Crown Perth. 

It was a big night for Ray White, which was named Top Franchise and/or Marketing Group for Listings Sold and Top Franchise and/or Marketing Group for Value Sold.

Ray White Urban Springs was also named Top Office by Auction Listings Sold, while Co-Principal Andrew Huggins was named Top Salesperson by Auction Listings Sold.

Mr Huggins told WILLIAMS MEDIA it was satisfying to win the award three years running.

"Auctions have become more popular in Perth and it has been pleasing to lead that push," he said.

"The highlights tend to be always selling under the hammer properties that other agents have not been able to sell and getting glowing reviews from their owners.

"Having also won the top office award for the first time it is certainly encouraging for our other sales rep to jump on the winning formula."

About 700 real estate professionals and guests attended Saturday's event, which included four new property management categories.

REIWA CEO Neville Pozzi said the prestigious event celebrated WA’s top performing agents and agencies in the 2018-19 financial year.

“It is no secret that it has been a challenging year for the real estate industry, however, I am proud to say that WA has some of the best and brightest real estate professionals in the country.

This year the 2019 reiwa.com Awards Ball was bright and extravagant with an 80’s neon theme. Guests were entertained by MC Tim Gossage, Swagamama dance crew and iconic Aussie band, Pseudo Echo.
