CBRE has further strengthened its Residential Agency team with the appointment of sales professional James Hall.
CBRE has welcomed the appointment of sales professional James Hall, who commenced on July 8 as a Director in the Agency business.
He will be working alongside existing Residential Agency Directors Robert Alfeldi and Caroline Fagerlund.
CBRE established its Residential Agency team last year as an extension of its Residential Projects business. The Agency team provides full real estate services, including guidance on sales and purchases, with a focus on the luxury market.
Mr Alfeldi said Mr Hall’s strong track record and global client relationships would serve to further strengthen CBRE’s fast-growing Residential Agency platform, which has been involved in a range of high-profile Sydney transactions.

“James is a proven performer in the premium residential space in Australia and across the broader Asia Pacific market. The appointment adds further firepower to our Residential Agency team given James’ experience launching over 250 residential projects in Australia, Japan, and the UK,” Mr Alfeldi said.
CBRE Residential Chairman Justin Brown added; “The Residential Agency platform adds a further dimension to our service offering. James will be a perfect conduit linking our global business, enhancing the level of service we provide to our premium clients.”
Mr Hall has over 23 years of real estate experience.
