With a combined 60 years experience between them, the trio is excited to have just opened the new Ray White Inner North office in Perth.
The trio, Arash Kalani, Simon Pigliardo and Matthew Seabrook, have opened the new Ray White Inner North office in Perth. The directors have worked in the inner northern suburbs of Perth throughout their careers and believe this move to Ray White is the natural step in reaching that next level of growth.
“Ray White was the standout among all the groups we spoke with," Mr Kalani said. "The systems and technology were the most impressive and the market dominance is obvious. It really became the only choice.”
Mr Pigliardo added, “We had been in discussions with other groups but it became clear very early on that the level of support to all franchisees, staff, and customers was far superior with Ray White."
Mr Kalani and Mr Pigliardo having worked together for the past seven years, and they recently welcomed Mr Seabrook to the team as joint director of the new Ray White Inner North office.
“We’ve been working down the road from Matt, as competitors, for the past couple of years so it’s great to have the opportunity to combine our resources and grow our businesses as one,” Mr Pigliardo said.
According to Mr Seabrook the merging of businesses will not only benefit the team but the clients of the inner northern suburbs.
“I’m definitely excited about this next stage of growth. Individually we had strong businesses but combined as one, I think we’ll be able to create something really great.
“Our clients will not only have access to a wider audience but will also benefit from the outstanding technology, systems, and marketing that is offered by Ray White,” Mr Seabrook said.
The inner northern suburbs of Perth includes blue chip suburbs such as Mount Lawley, North Perth, and Inglewood. While the prices remain high, this hasn’t stopped a younger crowd from moving in and creating one of Perth’s more trendy areas, complete with multiple cafe strips and nightlife.
“Our Inner North office is located on Fitzgerald Street, in the heart of North Perth. It’s a two-storey building that is very recognisable. With 550sqm and amazing city views, we can’t wait to welcome the community through our new doors,” Mr Kalani said.
Ray White Western Australia CEO Mark Whiteman congratulated Mr Kalani, Mr Pigliardo and Mr Seabrook on opening Ray White Inner North.
“Arash, Simon, and Matthew bring genuine value to the local real estate markets in which they operate. We look forward to supporting them as they continue to grow,” Mr Whiteman said, “It is a huge compliment to have such high performers join our family.”
Over the next 12 months, the main focus for the team will be building on their status by continuing to serve their community.
“Our team is young and ambitious, with the right attitude for growth and development. But our clients will always remain the number one thing on our mind,” Mr Seabrook said.
Mr Kalani added, “We want to provide the highest level of service to everyone we deal with.”
