McGrath Estate Agents has made the opening of its 12 Victorian office a family affair, with McGrath Greensborough|Eltham to be led by Ben Flannagan and his father Brent. 

Having operated a successful real estate business for the past two decades, the father-son duo have set their sights on continuing to build the McGrath brand within the state.

The younger Flannagan said he felt positive about the North-East market.

“We continue to see the strongest interest from families wanting to upsize with owner-occupiers being the predominant buyer group," he said.

"Given that we are just 19km from the CBD, the areas is highly desirable as it is a short commute for work. 

“Greensborough Plaza is a big drawcard as it offers an extensive range of retail and leisure for the community and has done for the past 40 years.” 

McGrath Greensborough|Eltham will service Greensborough in the west through to Eltham in the east, and Diamond Creek in the north down to Viewbank in the South.
