Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty has welcomed the addition of Hope Island real estate specialist Suni Surti.
Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty has strengthened its presence on the Gold Coast with the recruitment of Hope Island real estate specialist Suni Surti.
Mr Surti and his team, including wife Jay and youngest son Alex, have developed a significant presence south of Brisbane since relocating from the UK in 2006.
Speaking about his new role, Mr Surti said he hadn't been this excited about real estate since he "first started in the industry".
“Sotheby’s has something to offer no other competitor can offer, and that’s international exposure and reach within their network,” he said.
“We’ve already secured listings simply from showing clients what Sotheby’s has to offer."
The Surtis have an extensive background in the building and property sectors, running three very successful businesses prior to their relocation to Australia for lifestyle reasons.
Mr Surti began working at Hope Island in 2007 in the office of Andrew Winter.
With the region receiving significant international interest as a result of approval from the Foreign Investment Review Board, it didnt take long for 'team Surti' to make its mark selling real estate.
Mr Surti said the backing of Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty would undoubtedly be crucial to his team’s future growth and success.
“We really want to push for more in our Hope Island area and become the top team,” he said.
“We’ve got a very respectable name already and a lot of clients were coming to us because of who we were and not the previous brand we were aligned with.
Now we’ve got the strength of a prestige brand as well which will only help us achieve greater goals.”
Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty CEO Paul Arthur said the welcome addition of team Surti supported the company’s continued committed push into the northern Gold Coast region.
“They’re an experienced team of Hope Island specialists who complement the growth we’ve already had and will continue to achieve across south-east Queensland,” Mr Arthur said.
“Suni, Jay and Alex bring depth, talent and knowledge to Hope Island which aligns with our existing extremely successful team structure at Sanctuary Cove and on the Gold Coast.”
Mr Arthur said Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty had maintained a consistent focus of delivering the best service on the Gold Coast.
“We’ve identified three core areas – north, south and central – and will continue to recruit, hire and develop quality teams and individuals,” he said.
“We see our south-east Queensland sales continuing to be buoyant irrespective of any general market negativity in the media at present. It’s business as usual at Sotheby’s and we continue to get deals done.”
