Game-changing software platform ArchiStar is helping property developers and real estate agents analyse the development potential of any block of land using generative design engine technology.
Founded by brothers Dr. Benjamin Coorey and Robert Coorey, ArchiStar is a property technology platform that enables developers to instantly determine the development potential of any block of land.
The revolutionary startup has the backing of some major players in the property industry, including the former bosses of CBRE and CoreLogic.
Many top agents are using the platform, including offices from Ray White, CBRE, JLL, Cushman and Wakefield, LJ Hooker, Century 21 and Raine & Horne.

Aimed at real estate agents and developers, ArchiStar takes into account local government planning regulations surrounding a potential development site. Based on the building rules of any given area, ArchiStar-generated conceptual development designs are shaped by the area’s legal limitations and opportunities, shaping the most economically viable project.

Just by clicking on an address on a map, users can instantly generate 3D renderings of feasible building plots and get an idea about the associated costs and how much yield the site will generate.

Generative design technology
The platform uses generative design engine technology to create conceptual building designs and floor plates to spec and based on your requirements.
If, for example, you have a lot you want to fill with apartments. You can enter your requirements, such as metrics like dimensions and density into a generative design platform.

These engines then combine these inputs with the property intelligence that the platform collects.
You can generate hundreds of designs using the engine, and each design suggests the different ways you can optimise the land.
Every conceptual design uses the most up-to-date information available and takes local regulations and zoning restrictions into account.
'Market activity module'
ArchiStar has released a 'market activity module' integrating data from CoreLogic and Cordell.
Data such as price ranges for different property types in a suburb, median prices, properties on the market, and recently sold properties are all available.

The handy module also provides information about which lots already have development applications pending or approved, and where construction has already begun.
Another feature of the module is the ability to see the current state of the market in the area, such as whether a suburb offers development opportunities, or what competition there is.
Other features include:
