Melbourne Rebels recruit Quade Cooper and his model partner Laura Dundovic are selling their newly renovated Bulimba home through Ray White Ascot's Damon Warat.
The four-bedroom, three bathroom home recently underwent a complete renovation by the pair.
Mr Cooper, who started training at his new rugby club in Melbourne last week, said he wanted to sell his Bulimba home rather than rent it out while he was playing interstate.
“We just renovated so it's near new and looks amazing, so we don't want to rent it out and run the risk of it being ruined while I am playing in Melbourne. We would rather sell and let someone else be able to call this amazing place home,” Mr Cooper said.
“The renovation was completely finished less than 12 months ago, so it still feels brand new.
“The renovation took more than four months to complete as we totally reconfigured the kitchen and master en-suite, rebuilt the pool, remaining bathrooms and deck.
“It wasn’t just an aesthetic renovation, it was a practical renovation. Our home flows better now."
Mr Cooper, who has owned the property for almost four years, says it's been the perfect retreat.
"The rooftop terrace with the view of Brisbane skyline is the perfect place to chill but it’s hard to go past the pool. It is such a great space to make use of the hot Queensland weather.
“The location is also great for our dogs, Chuck and Riddick who love afternoon walks along the Bulimba boardwalk just as much as we do.”
The outdoor entertaining zone has a 16m lap pool, day bed and dining area. There's also a 12-metre marina berth, perfect for a boating enthusiast.
Listing agent Mr Warat says the home has been flawlessly presented by the pair.
“Exclusively positioned within a prestigious dress circle location this riverside showpiece has undergone a full architectural renovation,” Mr Warat told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
The home goes to auction on December 8 at 10:30 am at the Ray White Queensland corporate auction room. For more information, get in contact with the listing agents via the details below.
