Mr Jacobs said “Ironically Elaine and Fairwater compliment each other and add value to each other because you’ve got Australia's basically two best properties together, and they are both about to be revived to former glory”.
“It’s an opportunity that we didn't think would come and it may not come for another 100 years or more.
“You can’t get this sort of landholding, it’s just not available. And there's a lot more money than there are properties like Fairwater.”

Goldeneye Media produced the video marketing material for Fairwater.
Tracey Atkins, managing director of Goldeneye Media told WILLIAMS MEDIA “The one thing that was really lovely about filming was how grand and historic Fairwater is, it genuinely is the most extraordinary, joyful place to be”.
“There is a real beauty and tranquility to the grounds and house itself," said Ms Atkins.
“There was never a moment we didn't feel that the purchaser wouldn’t be genuinely extremely proud and happy to own that land.”
