Laing+Simmons has strengthened its presence in Sydney’s north west with the opening of a new office in Kellyville.
Principal, Sunny Lee, and the team behind the former Ray White Kellyville bring a depth of experience with the unique value proposition of the revamped Laing+Simmons brand to the local market.
“This is a new direction for the team and we think we have timed it right,” Mr. Lee said.
“The market today is challenging and you need a strong brand with the right support to enable experienced agents to do what they do best, and that’s talk to people. Most agents think we’re in the property business, but real estate is a people business.
“Our people understand the local market. We live here ourselves. Kellyville and the surrounding suburbs have an opportunity to buck the wider Sydney trend in real estate, with new infrastructure investment, better connections and relative affordability compared to other suburban markets making the north west a real drawcard.
“But vendors need genuine local experience to get the best outcomes, and buyers want to recognise they’re achieving value for money too. That’s where we come in,” Mr Lee said.
Providing a full suite of real estate services to the local community, Laing+Simmons Kellyville is the latest in a string of new offices to join the boutique network in recent times.
Laing+Simmons Managing Director and President of the REINSW, Leanne Pilkington, said there will be more additions over the coming months as the company continues to expand.
“Last year Laing+Simmons celebrated 50 years of leadership at the local market level and this year we’re in the process of growing our presence in the key metropolitan and regional locations we’ve identified to ensure this position of local market strength increases,” Ms. Pilkington said.
“Our growth plan emphasises solid but sustainable growth, to grow our brand presence in select markets without losing sight of the boutique model that has been a distinct advantage for our people in this changing and challenging market.
“Sunny and his team know the Kellyville area intimately, they’re locals themselves, and they have a firm focus on putting the customer’s needs first. All in all, they exemplify what the Laing+Simmons brand is about and we’re proud to welcome them to the family,” she said.
Laing+Simmons Network Growth Manager, Travis Wentriro, said the group’s expansion is aimed at attracting best-in-business operators.
“We’re actively growing but our growth plan is more than simply about attracting numbers. We’re looking to work with like-minded agents prominent in their local markets who want to create a strong business for the long term, and who value people above all else,” he said.
“Our culture is the most critical element in our growth plan and it's the main reason people cite when they join the Laing+Simmons family," he said.
