The main homesteady was built in 1940, and has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, including one with a cedar hot tub, front and back porches, and views of the forest and surrounding mountains. It contains French doors that open onto a main terrace, a library, and is built in the Spanish style.
A key feature of the property is an historic octagonal barn (pictured below) that was built circa 1925, and contains 10 stalls.
