"Paul's quite an auction focused agent," said Hughes. “This emphasis was appealing to us, given we were the top auction office in the state in 2017, which is seeing a state-wide rise in its number of auction sales as Western Australia catches up with the rest of the world. 

A father’s wise advice
 
DiLanzo was raised in a sales environment. He played in his father’s shop as a child, and listened to him sell to the European families who lived in their area.

DiLanzo believes this eavesdropping as a child laid the foundations for his long and successful career in real estate.

When DiLanzo went to buy his first car, his father gave him some wise advice. "You can’t buy houses with cars, but you can buy plenty of cars with houses. You should buy a house instead.”

This first sparked DiLanzo's interest in real estate, and his old-fashion work ethic, coupled with natural communication and negotiation skills, have been the foundation of his real estate career.
