Top Perth agent, Vivien Yap, moves to Ray White

“Where else do I go when I am at the top of my game?" says Yap, adding that Ray White's family values appeal to her.

“Where else do I go when I am at the top of my game?" says Vivien Yap of her recent move from LJ Hooker to Ray White.

Ray White Group joint chairman, Brian White, said "My family and I are excited to welcome Vivien Yap and her team to our business."

Ray White Western Australia chief executive officer Mark Whiteman, said Yap's decision to move to Ray White "will benefit our entire group."

Incoming business owner Yap says she was attracted to Ray White for its family values and supportive culture.

"I have been impressed by the White family’s significant investment in their business and the local support they have here in Western Australia.”

“I know some of the best businesses in Australasia work within Ray White and I wanted to join the best," she said.

Yap is a qualified pharmacist, and sees similarities between real estate and her former career.

“It’s a very similar human interaction in real estate as you’re often trying to solve an issue for a buyer or seller and they often need to talk to you at uncommon hours of the day or night.”
