McGrath has appointed one of Sydney's most successful agents, Karen Terry, to its Forestville / Manly office. 

Terry was previously with Ray White, and achieved Elite Performer status in the fastest time for any woman. Before turning to a career in real estate, Terry worked for more than 20 years in the media industry, most notably as unit manager for ‘A Current Affair’ on Channel Nine.

Terry has joined a company-owned sales team, and will specialise in her core suburbs of Manly, Balgowlah Heights, Seaforth, and The Forest.

Terry said she has moved to the McGrath for its professionalism, quality marketing, and technology. “McGrath is renowned for leading the way in terms of technology and innovation," she said. "I look forward to being able to share this with my valued clients in the local area.”

Terry says demand from out-of-area buyers for real estate in the norther beaches market has driven up prices. Buyers are coming from the Upper North Shore and the Lower North Shore, as well as from overseas and expat buyers, said Terry.
