As the results of the 2018 CoreLogic ‘Perceptions of Real Estate Agents’ survey showed, in the real estate game, there’s no substitute for people and sales skills, and you simply won’t do your listings justice without excelling in communication. But a little bit of smart tech can go a long way, for every agent.
Which is why, as Australia’s leading property data solution provider, we’ve just released the next generation of our hero real estate platform product, RP Data.
In addition to an optimised user experience and enhancements to the market-leading CMA, the new RP Data platform showcases significant investment in data innovations with the release of undisclosed sales, giving real estate professionals exclusive access to more recent sales data than ever before.
This launch demonstrates CoreLogic’s continued investment in the real estate industry, and is an example of our company-wide commitment to taking a customer-first approach in our product development. The next generation of RP Data is a result of the efforts we’ve made in both investing into customer research and using customer feedback to drive our product evolution and create an exceptional product.
We’ve adopted world-class product development methodologies so that everything we deliver is driven by being customer-first. Personally, I find it inspiring to be involved in a development process that never ends and the team is already working on further enhancements to the new platform as well as to our Signature CMA tool.
The new-look RP Data is initially available exclusively to Real Estate professionals, with the re-design providing them with richer data and insights to help them succeed, plus enjoy an enhanced user experience whilst they’re at it.
The beauty of CoreLogic is that we have access to such depth and breadth of data, so we’re in a unique position to provide our customers with more recent sales with prices, bank-grade property valuations at a glance, school catchment zones and, who could forget, the best CMA tool in market!
Additional data innovations include ‘similar properties’ (enabling easier appraisals by displaying comparable properties on the property details page, viewable by ‘recently sold’, ‘for sale’ or ‘for rent’) and rich historical property history data including a great depth of property images, floor plans and land value history.
We love that RP Data is already actively used because this next generation release is all about those very people: making their everyday professional lives easier so that they can get on with the actual sell. Existing real estate users of RP Data can switch into the new platform experience when logged in, and of course: the new release comes at no cost.
