A record 55 team members received recognition for achieving a personal best performance in 2024 at The Agency WA’s annual awards held last week.
The evening celebrating outstanding achievements highlighted not only The Agency WA’s collective success but also its commitment to individual growth, reinforcing why it is the ideal environment for ambitious real estate professionals operating in Western Australia.
"At The Agency WA, success isn’t just about award, it’s about growth,” The Agency WA General Manager Stuart Cox said. “Seeing 55 agents achieve their personal best this year speaks to the culture of support, collaboration, and professional development we’ve built. We are incredibly proud of every agent who has pushed themselves to new heights."
While the night recognised industry leaders and top performers, the most significant takeaway was the consistent progress across the state. Every real estate professional whether new to the industry or an established professional, is supported in achieving their own definition of success.
Alongside the record number of personal bests, top performers for the year included, Top Team, Team Rash: 435 properties listed, $257,576,447 in property value under offer; Top Assisted Agent, Adam Naumovski: 212 properties listed, $144,990,850 in property value under offer; and Top Unassisted Agent, Patrick Harper: 52 properties listed, $75,465,000 in property value under offer.
The night also recognised the essential contributions of the administration and support teams, whose dedication enables agents to focus on achieving outstanding results for their clients.
“With a strong national brand, advanced technology, and a culture of mentorship, The Agency WA continues to be the destination for agents who want to grow, improve, and achieve more,” Mr Cox said.
The Agency WA’s annual awards night was held on 20 February 2025 at Frasers in Kings Park, Perth.
