Realmark has celebrated its 35th anniversary in style at its annual Evoke conference event, held at Crown Perth on Thursday.
Evoke sees the entire Realmark network come together from around Western Australia to hear from inspiring speakers, meet industry thought leaders and celebrate one another’s achievements.
The audience of over 160 were entertained and motivated by headline speakers Chris Helder and Amanda Stevens, who provided meaningful tools in the arts of relationship management and customer experience.
They also heard a keynote from Real Estate Australia’s executive manager of economic research Cameron Kusher who revealed the data behind what’s defining the real estate landscape in WA and what it means for buyers, sellers, investors and property professionals.
The event’s theme was “The Real Story”, and management and sales cohorts were delivered authentic insights to their own fields with specialized breakout sessions featuring speakers from both Realmark and event supporters Macquarie Bank, MDS Legal, Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers, CoreLogic, Adapt Risk Solutions and MRI Software.
Evoke is known for providing Realmark team members a glimpse into the future, and Joel Pember from Juicebox delivered this through his keynote, sharing insights on the “Age Of Intelligence”.
Mr Pember’s presentation also revealed a preview to a refreshed Realmark look and feel in conjunction with a new website, which is being designed by Juicebo and set to be revealed later this year.
Branding wasn’t the only new item launched at Evoke, with Realmark proudly launching a new publication called REALEST – a bi-annually property magazine by Realmark.
On top of the entertainment, information and announcements, a highlight of the day was Realmark’s nod to the key people who have helped take Realmark from 1989 to 2024, with team members with 10 or more years of Realmark service to their name individually recognised on stage by founders John and Anita Percudani.
“It’s really incredible to take stock and realize how many people have given such a significant portion of their lives to contributing to the Realmark success story,” said Mr Percudani.
“Among that group of people with 10 or more years' service to Realmark, you have a wide range of professions and skill sets – from agents to accountants to administrators.
“It gives me great pride to know they've chosen to ply their trade within our businesses, and it was special to welcome them all onto the stage and present them with a small token of our appreciation.”
Realmark would like to thank REA Advantage for its support of Evoke 2024.
