Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty is expanding its team again, with Kelly Qualtrough and Sean Wallis, previously of Explore Property in Brisbane's Ashgrove, joining the group.
Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty is again adding to its team, with Kelly Qualtrough and Sean Wallis joining the group.
Qualtrough and Wallis previously owned the Explore Property franchise in Brisbane's Ashgrove.
The experienced and successful pair are the latest top agents to join Queensland Sotheby’s, with both Barbara Wolveridge in Port Douglas and Lisa Halpin in North Gold Coast joining the team earlier this year.
"We are thrilled to have Kelly and Sean as part of our rapidly growing team, both of whom are committed to excellence and have values aligning superbly with the Queensland Sotheby’s International brand," CEO, Paul Arthur, said.
“They are known through-out Brisbane’s North west for their professional and personalised approach to helping clients manage the transaction of their most prized possession. They are a welcome addition to our Paddington (Brisbane) team.”
In 2017, Qualtrough and Wallis were responsible for transactions on more than 100 properties, and also ran a strong property management business.
“It was a difficult decision for us to close the doors on our own agency," said Qualtrough. We are dedicated to our clients and knew we had to align ourselves with people we respect and a brand that can help us make a difference."
“Sotheby’s International Realty’s 930 offices in 69 countries will greatly assist our clients in the marketing of their properties, allowing us to give the best service possible," she said.
Qualtrough and Wallis's rent roll will merge with that of Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty.
