The Pring Street Hendra home sold by Patrick McKinnon and Jill Wright of Place Ascot, is positioned less than 5km from Brisbane's CBD.

The home was sold by Patrick McKinnon of Place Ascot, with buyer Caitlin describing the purchase as “totally unplanned and serendipitous”.

Sold by Matt Lancashire and Christine Rudolph of Ray White New Farm, who told WILLIAMS MEDIA, “The strong sales we have seen in the past month have confirmed Hendra's desirability as a prestige suburb.”
