“I met with the landlord prior to him terminating the agreement with the previous agency, the property was looking quite tired however the agent at the time hadn't provided feedback as to why he was only getting share house applications, which he didn’t feel comfortable with. The landlord signed up with us and we managed to get quotes for a touch up paint, remove all furnishings and had fresh photos completed that made the home present incredibly well. The property was launched in January and a tenant was secured within 11 days.”
