30 Aaron Avenue Hawthorne, 35 Macquarie Street Teneriffe, and 89 Welsby Street New Farm sold by Place as the market continues to hold strong demand for riverside properties.
Place Managing Director Sarah Hackett has sold three luxury Brisbane properties this week, as interest in the city’s riverfront surges.
Multi-award-winning 89 Welsby Street was sold for a record-breaking $18 million after 32 days on the market.
There were multiple second inspections and three written offers for the New Farm residence, which was extensively renovated in 2021 by the renowned Hampton Homes, architect Tomm Kanchanasinith and interior designer David Mann.
