With restrictions on open for inspections 13 groups of people were shown through the property on a one on one basis, with 2 virtual inspections requested.

“There were 3 interested parties initially,” Tracy explained to WILLIAMS MEDIA. “Two had done a substantial amount of due diligence and had documented their interest before the EOI closing. Then a fourth party came forward. They were very keen and I organised for them to do a private inspection just hours before the Stage 4 lockdown and they signed the contract within 2 days.”
