"A Joe Adsett designed home, built by Graya for celebrity clients, this home was always going to draw a crowd. We had over 600 people through the home across the auction campaign. The auction itself saw approximately 250 onlookers as 4 registered bidders competed for the home and it was sold under the hammer for $4.2m. This is the second home we've sold for Darius & Kayla Boyd and I'm excited to see their next project."
