Around 30 groups toured the home in person prior to the sale and 2 groups from Sydney inspected virtually. 

There were multiple offers before the property sold to a retired couple from Brisbane.

“I had thought that the market was beginning to normalise, but in the past few weeks it has stepped up to another level.”
