‘Eagles Nest’ has been shortlisted for the 2020 Houses Awards, in the New House over 200m2 category.
Designed by Ian Bennett of Ian Bennett Design Studio, Eagle’s Nest aspires to "balance and curate the experience of outlook and expansiveness, with privacy and seclusion. The restrained material palette heightens this experience of site, landscape and built form along with the changing dynamic of light and shade".
Ian Bennett told WILLIAMS MEDIA, “It is such a huge honour and very humbling to be nominated for such a prestigious award amongst some great architects and amazing projects. It’s been a career goal to be shortlisted for the Houses Awards as it is one of the highest honours for residential architecture.
