Speaking to LUXURY LIST WEEKEND, Eleisha Doherty said there were 25 inspections of the property during the campaign. 

“Interest was high due to the impeccable renovation and the very convenient location,” Eleisha explained. “Potential buyers were local families wanting to upsize, interstate buyers, expats and couples.”

Eleisha said these types of properties continue to perform well within a transitioning market.

“Although we are going through a transitioning market, good quality properties, well located close to amenities, that have been renovated to a high standard are still selling well for fair market value,” she explained.
