The local professional couple said they are very excited to have secured a rare and luxurious family home in Earlwood, right next door to the vibrant Inner West creative arts hub of Marrickville, Enmore and Newtown. They are fervent admirers and supporters of the creative arts.
McGrath’s Alexandria Stamatiou-Buda said top-quality homes are receiving strong interest and competitive bidding at auction.
“Buyers are discovering Earlwood is on the fringe of the Inner West,” she said. “Nine out of 10 of my buyers are from out-of-area. They’re coming here for the large land size and the accessibility to the city. The CBD is less than 10 kilometres away.” Alexandria told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
Alexandria reported that since the onset of Covid, people are saying they don’t want to be confined in apartments or small homes. They’re attracted to the big blocks Earlwood offers.
The three-level Keith Street home features vast open-plan living spaces, a home office, an upper-level living room opening to a deck with city skyline views. A covered outdoor terrace leads to the resort-style pool and cabana.

The previous record price paid for a home in Earlwood was $3.6 million for a home on Riverview Road which Alexandria sold in May last year at the height of Covid restrictions.
